What is a stock loan?
We loan funds based on the stock owned by the borrower that the borrower is willing to use as collateral. The Borrower is only required to make interest payments on the loan which can be monthly or quarterly and the principal of the loan would be repaid at the end of the loan term.
What is the loan to value ratio for a stock loan?
When calculating the LTV for a specific stock, we look at trade volume, volatility, and total shares along with a few other factors. The typical LTV is 50-60%
How long does it take to obtain a stock loan?
Normally we can complete the loan in 4-6 days.
How long can I have the stock loan?
Typical loan terms are 1-3 years and we also offer extensions as well.
Do I have to personally guarantee the loan?
